PAUL KENTON | SEARCHING LIGHT

How can anyone capture a modern city in paint? Paul Kenton does so with his metallic artworks that harness light as a medium itself, allowing windows and headlights to glow from within his masterful cityscapes. The artist's extraordinary use of metal as his canvas has a transformative effect; in different lights, the paintings take on a new life- glowing one minute and shimmering the next.

Featured art: 'London Overlook', £1495.

ROBERT OXLEY | THE DARK KNIGHTS: CLOSE ENCOUNTERS

This 2022 installation of Robert Oxley's collection The Dark Knights: Close Encounters sees the artist transform three big cats into 'ethereal, astral' beings through his kaleidoscopic use of colour and form. Inspired by mythology and Arthurian legend, these limited edition artworks harness the powerful image of a lion, tiger and jaguar to create artworks that comment on the simultaneous strength and vulnerability of some of our endangered species of big cat.

Featured art (left to right): 'Phantasm', 'Spectre', 'Spirit', £795 or £2950 as a set of three.

LAWRENCE COULSON | JOURNEYS

From the peak of Arthur's Seat to the Northern countryside, Lawrence Coulson's latest collection of art takes viewers on a captivating journey through highlands and shorelines inspired by his travels across the UK. An addition to his previous instalment of Journeys, his newest body of artworks sees Lawrence transform diverse Scottish and English scenery with intense colours and compelling compositions. This release also includes an exciting first for the rural landscape artist who has captured an iconic view of the city of Edinburgh in his piece 'Arthur's Seat'.
