We are proud to have been selected as a finalist in the ‘Retail & Hospitality Business of the Year’ category of this year’s Birmingham Business Excellence Awards. Sponsored by NFU Mutual, we are up against some tough competition from our fellow finalists, the International Convention Centre and Hyatt Regency Birmingham!
The awards celebrate success and highlight innovative people and companies in Birmingham who are helping to put the city on the map, boost the economy and make a positive contribution to the local community.
How did we impress the judges?
We’ve been credited for our high-quality customer service, which sees us put our customers first in all that that we do, from making you feel welcome when you visit our galleries to ensuring your chosen artwork is mounted and framed to the highest possible quality by our in-house team of craftsmen.
The judges commended us for the continuous investment we put into our business, which includes identifying ways of bettering and expanding our fast-growing network of galleries. Our Young Fine Artist initiative, through which we inspire the next generation of young artists, also got a mention.
