Pop cultural phenomenon Star Trek is one of the most recognisable and well-loved media franchises of all time. With decades of heritage, its impact goes beyond its longevity – Star Trek has provided fond memories, community and a sense of hope for fans all over the world. Best known for his portrayal of James T. Kirk in the Star Trek franchise, William Shatner made his debut in the role in 1966 and embodied the character until his final appearance in 1994.

Becoming synonymous with the series, Shatner has starred in Star Trek TV series, films and video games, even penning a series of novels as part of the franchise. Curated from an expansive assortment of hundreds of individual Star Trek book, comic, TV guide, and magazine covers created throughout the years, these artworks precisely capture the retro aesthetic of the series.
